Aquent, a leading partner in connecting exceptional talent with groundbreaking organizations, is thrilled to support a globally recognized innovator in technology. This organization is at the forefront of shaping how people interact with the digital world, constantly pushing boundaries to create intuitive, impactful, and scalable solutions that touch millions of lives daily. They foster an environment where bold ideas are encouraged, and collaboration is key to transforming complex challenges into elegant technological advancements.

Are you ready to be at the heart of innovation, driving products from initial concept to wide-scale deployment and making a tangible impact on critical technology solutions? This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to blend technical acumen with strategic business insight, directly influencing the success and efficiency of cutting-edge products. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between operational needs and technical solutions, shaping product roadmaps, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of features that redefine user experiences. If you thrive on solving complex problems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and seeing your contributions evolve into impactful real-world applications, this is your chance to shine.

**What You'll Do:**

* Review and validate product requirement documents (PRDs) to ensure comprehensive product specifications that meet both customer/partner and internal needs.

* Drive program-level execution, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, managing escalations, prioritizing projects and resources, and balancing business objectives with technical constraints to ensure successful product deployments and efficient long-term operations.

* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products, including managing ongoing communications, stakeholder relationships, and project timelines. You will ensure product readiness, identify gaps, and influence product roadmaps to optimize the customer/partner experience.

* Foster strong collaboration with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, to develop innovative products and tools. You will expertly manage and balance escalations, requirements, and feedback, serving as a vital advocate for stakeholders in internal discussions.

* Explore and analyze various alternatives and constraints for customer/partner challenges, leveraging analytics and metrics to design, pitch, and assess the potential impact of product or tool solutions. Apply robust systems design principles and understand their profound impact on user experience.

* Guide your team in sharing critical insights and potential solutions with internal teams, including product management, engineering, business solutions, and marketing. You will drive data analysis through success metrics to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of product improvement solutions.

* Proactively assess and identify gaps and issues in existing products based on user feedback and metrics analysis. Effectively communicate these findings to internal teams and contribute directly to solving these challenges through technical contributions, such as developing, validating, and documenting new features and solutions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 8-12 years of professional experience in a technology-focused role.

* Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven analysis and reporting.

* Strong architecture knowledge.

* Proven customer/user advocacy skills.

* Expertise in product design principles.
