Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Emergency Response Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements related to emergency preparedness and response
• Maintain and support Program Management and Regulatory Compliance functions, including documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and conduct training programs, drills, and emergency response scenarios to meet or exceed regulatory standards
• Maintain operational readiness of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Joint Information Center (JIC). and all associated emergency response equipment
• Prepare for an actively support NRC inspections, audits, and evaluations related to emergency preparedness
• Track, document, and implement corrective actions resulting from audits, inspections, and internal self-assessments
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local emergency services, hospitals, and mutual aid partners to ensure coordinated response capabilities
• Support additional emergency preparedness and response activities as needed to ensure organizational readiness and resilience

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $82,000 - $107,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
