Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join the buoy manufacturing team in Cedarburg, WI. This position is responsible for the manufacture of regulatory and other waterway buoys for our Rolyan buoy business.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and sub-assembly operations including and not limited to spin welding, dimpling, wrapping, silk screening, pouring concrete, spray painting and foaming buoys.
  • Operates various machinery including but not limited to band saw, punch press, perforators, grinders, buffers, small hydraulic press and various hand tools.
  • Prep materials and fixtures to allow foaming of product, wrapping of plastic, layout of taping and silk screening applications.
  • Monitors controls and trouble shoots machines.
  • Operates forklift.
  • Picks and packs products for filling of orders.
  • Quality assurance of products, materials maintenance and material handling
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read/write English
  • General computer skills/knowledge
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, stoop and bend
