Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) FFS - Dearborn, MI

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
• Michigan BCBA Licensure
• 1 year of experience with children with Autism

We're looking for a compassionate Fee for Service Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) t to join our growing team. You'll be a part of a collaborative, well-structured environment that leverages electronic data collection and evidence-based behavior management strategies to provide high-quality, individualize care for children with autism. This role offers the opportunity to work within a mission-driven nonprofit supported by strong BCBA leadership.

Salary up to: $55.81 per hour - Monday - Friday. From 4:30pm to 7:30pm

Position Details:

• This is a Fee for Service, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI.
• Support a caseload with an average of 6-8 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Monday - Friday. From 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
• Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent training once a month.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
