Salary: $45 per hour Position Details: This is a Fee for Service, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21. Center Hours Monday - Friday 8am-4pm Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians. Conduct parent training once a month. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams. Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
