We're looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You'll be part of a collaborative, well-structured environment that leverages electronic data collection and evidence-based behavior management strategies to provide high-quality, individualized care for children with autism. This role offers the opportunity to work within a mission-driven nonprofit supported by strong BCBA leadership.

Salary up to $95,000 per year

Position Details:

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge
Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
Conduct parent training once a month.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
