INVISTA is seeking an experienced Manager to join our CFO organization. This role will focus on producing consistent, trusted, accurate, and transparent reporting to deliver value for the business. As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial information to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Your insights and analysis will directly support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization, ensuring that our leadership has the trusted information needed to drive business value and long-term success. What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide clear direction and vision for the financial reporting team, aligning goals and priorities with business objectives. Lead by example in embracing transformation and a contribution mindset, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Empower team members to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable value creation through effective collaboration and principled decision-making.
  • Talent Development and Culture: Facilitate professional development of the team by identifying individual strengths, providing targeted coaching, and creating opportunities for development. Support building of well-rounded team members who develop a controller mindset and understand the importance of financial review and controls. Champion our culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that is centered around integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Team Partnership: Develop and foster partnerships with senior leadership, other finance functions, leveraged capabilities, commercial teams, and external auditors to prioritize and support profitable decision making and value creation with a focus on integrity and long-term stability. Network across Koch to identify and implement value creation opportunities.
  • Financial Stewardship: Develop and support a strong financial control environment that mitigates risk and enhances accuracy of financial reporting. Continually evaluate and optimize processes to prevent fraud and errors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contribution to the company's profitability and value creation.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Leverage critical, economic, and innovative thinking to break down complex financial scenarios or processes. Use data analysis and visualization to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and effectively communicate the financial story to stakeholders. Assess risk, identify opportunities, and implement flexible solutions that drive sustainable value creation for the company.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Leadership experience (developing a team, leading transformation, project leadership, managing team priorities, etc.)
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, policies, controls, best practices, and the ability to apply them to financial scenarios
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Experience using Sigma Computing or OneStream
