Your Job As an Assembly Lead for Wire Cut, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality and precise wire cutting operations within our electronic manufacturing process. You will lead a team responsible for executing detailed wire assembly tasks, maintaining production schedules, and driving continuous improvements in quality and efficiency. Our Team You will be part of a dynamic Electronics Assembly team focused on delivering innovative components that power our cutting-edge products. What You Will Do Lead and mentor a team of wire-cut assemblers to consistently meet production goals and quality standards. Oversee daily wire cutting and assembly operations, ensuring adherence to process specifications and safety protocols. Monitor workflow and production schedules, adjusting resources to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, defects, and downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and promote career growth. Maintain accurate production records and assist in reporting key performance metrics. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven experience in wire cutting or electronic assembly in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret assembly work instructions and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. What Will Put You Ahead Prior experience leading a team in a high-volume electronics manufacturing setting. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
