About Our Team: We are a group of Enrollment / Eligibility Representatives who are looking for dedicated people to join our team.

Our Mission: To be a high performing team who are self - motivated to show quality work, problem solve, make an impact daily, and ensure our patients receive their medication in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For In Our New Team Members (which could be you!): Strong communication, interpersonal collaboration, problem - solving, and time management skills are essential. Teamwork is important, but having the drive to achieve high - quality work is important, too!

As an Enrollment / Eligibility Representative, you'll be various tasks such as conducting Medicare Part B benefit and eligibility review. Along the way, you'll discover the training, support and career opportunities you'd expect from a Fortune 5 leader.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work any shift during our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST.

We offer 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST from Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research benefits, eligibility and site of care for Medicare Part B members
  • Speak to doctor's offices, insurance plans, and patients through outbound calls
  • Respond to or conduct audits to ensure compliance
  • Work on projects as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of pharmacy healthcare experience
  • 1+ years of telephonic customer service OR in - person customer service experience
  • Basic computer experience using a keyboard and mouse / movement between screens
  • Ability to work overtime and holidays per business need
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medicare Part B experience

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify with a consumer in order to understand and align with their needs and realities
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and a versatile team player
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and internally driven to accomplish goals and recognize what needs to be done in order to achieve a goal(s)
  • Demonstrated ability to turn situations around and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
