Work Schedule: 100%, Monday-Friday, day/eve, 8:00am-5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays 8-noon (every 4-6 weeks). Training is onsite for 6-8 week, 8:00am-4:30pm. Once training is complete position will transition to Hybrid or Remote. You will work at 2550 Charles St in Rockford IL. Qualifications Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare. Preferred Work Experience 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance. Preferred 2 years of Customer Service experience. Required Previous computer experience.
