About the Role Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Newton, Iowa. This is a great opportunity to start a career in healthcare customer support with a company that promotes from within. Many of our managers began as CSRs!
Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and insurance. * Process orders, verify documentation, and route calls appropriately. * Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations. * Navigate multiple EMR systems to retrieve and enter patient data. * Communicate with patients regarding documentation and insurance updates. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service. Qualifications * 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, CNA, etc.) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment Work Environment * 100% on-site * Training: 2 weeks (includes orientation, systems training, and mentorship) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
