This is an opportunity to work with one of the largest Technology companies in the world. We are hiring Data Center Technicians to be part of an enterprise level, network team operation. The Data Center Technician will deploy network hardware within a commercial data center setting. Technicians will complete blueprint reading, handle low voltage cables, deploy network hardware and maintain IT infrastructure. *Duties* * Prepare stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns (e.g., racks, hard drives, switches). * Follow specific instructions, checklists, guides, standard protocols, and emails. * Set up equipment properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs). * Perform post-execution quality checks and verify grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling. * Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures. * Quickly identify the cause(s) of issues, and replace faulty components. * Decommission hardware for simple changes and refresh (e.g., memory upgrades, OS rebuilds) following standard procedures with minimal guidance. * Follow procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Datacenter Technician Leads. * Work with and maintain knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components. * Support IT infrastructure within a team environment and report to Team Leads. * Use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), as well as ticketing systems to documents work activities. * Remain flexible schedule to work non-traditional business hours, days, weekends and federal holidays. *Additional* * Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. * Required: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components. * Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Required: Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays. * Previous datacenter experience a plus. *Shift* * *1st Shift:* 6am-6pm * *3rd Shift:* 6pm-6am * *Frontside Schedule: *Sunday-Wednesday * *Backside Schedule:* Wednesday-Saturday *Environment* * Data Center Work * Deployment * Low Voltage * Cabling * Works in a team of 5 *Interviews* * October 17-24 * 2-step, both virtual interviews over MS Teams * 1st Round-HR Interview * 2nd Round-Technical Interview *Start Date* * September 10, 2025 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
