- Make an Impact! As our Program Support Specialist, you would serve as administrative support and assist the department and department programs in a professional and effective manner. Some responsibilities include, but is not limited to, managing calendars and providing support for meetings, such as coordination, agendas, presentation set up and outlines, as well as keeping minutes. Your help with regular status reports for management review would be required. You would maintain an electronic inventory of incoming data requests and outgoing reports according to department standard.

Position: Program Support Specialist Shift: Day Shift - Remote with occasional on-site need in Radnor, PA
Experience: 1. Three years experience as a program assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting. 2. Administrative support training required, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc). 3. Proficiency in coordinating and facilitating virtual meetings. 4. Supplemental training in area of specialty preferred 5. Experience in a specialized clinical or operational field: e.g. stroke, evidence-based practice, clinical data analysis, revenue cycle management, medical records, clinical quality, information systems, medical affairs, credentialing, nurse staffing, facilities management, infection prevention, project management, etc.
Education: 1. High school diploma required. 2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
