Job Description

* Terminatesagents for lack of production, unprofitable results, or other cause

* Increasesthe percentage of producing agents within the territory through additional trainingand process improvements

* Recommendsagencies to participate in profit-sharing, rewards, and special incentives programs, andother agency sales initiatives

* Solicits new agencies, evaluatestheir potential to write quality new business, and recommendsqualified new agencies for appointment to theRegional Sales Managers and/or Sales Vice Presidents

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

*Remote - Location Specific to (Dade and Broward County) - needs to live within Miami and the surrounding area.* (Must be Bilingual)

Compensation

Base Pay Range: 69,280.00 - 86,610.00 - 103,940.00 USD
