Job Title: PCB Technician
Location: Denver, CO (Zip Code: 80238)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Contract (3 Months)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.80/hr

We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join a high-tech manufacturing environment supporting cutting-edge fusion energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering techniques for electronic assemblies and a strong attention to detail. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and functionality of critical electrical components used in advanced systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Solder electronic components onto circuit boards according to assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints.
* Inspect and test soldered products for quality assurance, identifying defects and performing rework as needed.
* Operate and maintain soldering tools and equipment, including cleaning, tinning, and fluxing tips
* Follow strict safety protocols and quality standards during all production activities
* Collaborate with engineers and other production team members to troubleshoot and improve processes
* Accurately maintain documentation including inspection reports, material logs, and quality records
* Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, equipment updates, and soldering techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or vocational training in electronics preferred
* 1-2 years of hands-on soldering experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Proficiency in soldering techniques including through-hole, surface mount (SMT), and rework/reflow
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and instructions
* Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Familiarity with electronic components, soldering tools, and quality control procedures
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production setting
* Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or otherwise lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
