Shift: A Shift. This is defined as Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm.


Major Areas of Accountability:



  • Monitor control system data and takes actions when systems are out of control, in alarm, or changing unexpectedly.
  • Perform system rounds and rotate equipment.
  • Coordinate/Plan/Perform equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Work with contractors to make repairs and improvements.
  • Work with management, engineers, and other team members.
  • Respond to control problems, alarms, variations, and calibrations.
  • Document system changes, operating procedures, events, and improvements.
  • Solve system and equipment problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma, 2 year degree, or Bachelors degree.
  • 6-10 years of related work experience.
  • Understand mechanical components and have the ability to repair. Understand preventative maintenance practices.
  • Have experience working on Facilities Plant systems & equipment:


    • Reverse Osmosis, Deionized Water, Chilled Water, Building Automation, Makeup Air, Air Handling, Roof Top Units, Hot Water and Low-Pressure Steam Boilers, Acid Waste Neutralization, Chemical Distribution, Gas Distribution, Fume Scrubbers, General Exhaust, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air Systems.



  • US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.


Physical Requirements:



  • Lifting and moving processing equipment, applicable tools, office equipment, and some chemical drums.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts, a minimum of 3-4 days/week.
  • Performing a variety of long distance walking, stair/ladder climbing, standing, sitting & data entry.
  • Wearing complete fab attire for full shift.
  • Meeting all safety and cleanroom requirements.
  • Wearing proper personal protective equipment for work with hazardous chemicals, gasses and hot/cold outdoor environments.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Have Military experience in a related field.
  • Have experience in semiconductor fab facilities.
  • Have a certification or license in a related field.

The hourly range for this role is $28.04 - $42.06 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
