Annual Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 Position We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations from traditional paper-based processes to a fully integrated paperless Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, software evaluation, and implementation within job shop manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution - from needs assessment and vendor selection to full deployment and team adoption. This role requires not only strong technical and organizational skills but also exceptional communication and emotional intelligence to lead change management efforts and gain cross-functional buy-in. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
