Are you a detail-driven accounting professional looking to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? Staffmark is seeking a qualified Accountant to join our partner company, where you'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the organization's overall
financial health.

Pay & Schedule:

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 (Based on experience)

Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger entries, and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Prepare journal entries, payroll, and expense reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience (industry experience preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
