Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday and 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, lasers, etc.) for precision machining tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and inspection procedures.
  • Load materials, monitor operations, and adjust machines to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and document results in the ERP system.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or CNC training preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
  • Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
