Hours & Pay

Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $40-$43 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary (California-based role)

What You'll Do



  • Create, manage, and configure user accounts and role-based permissions within supply chain systems
  • Maintain and document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Configure and support business applications used throughout the supply chain organization
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth system functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system access and capability issues for internal and external users
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain systems and provide training and onboarding
  • Partner with IT security and administration teams to maintain system integrity
  • Support the development and rollout of an innovative supplier portal and related tools

What You Bring



  • 3-5 years of experience in business systems administration, project management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, business, or related discipline (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with SAP, Coupa, or similar ERP tools preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work both tactically and strategically
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving results
  • Experience in automotive or operations is a plus
