This Position reports to:

Global Procurement & Logistics Manager

As Facilities Regional Category Manager, EL Indirect Materials and Service (Americas), you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies for Building Maintenance (including preventive, corrective, predictive, routine, and non-routine services), Construction Projects, Office Redesigns, and Building Repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and a proven ability to maintain and enhance infrastructure performance. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders, Procurement, and Finance teams to identify opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and drive category performance, cost savings, and long-term value.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing process for implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.

  • Managing planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending, and savings forecasts.

  • Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists, and terms and conditions.

  • Ensuring identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability) in accordance with company policies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is preferred

  • Procurement Experience: 10+ years in the Procurement / Sourcing area.

  • Specialized Experience: 5+ years of proven years of experience and specialization on Negotiation, implementation and Administration of Indirect Services Categories.

  • Extensive experience in building maintenance (preventive, corrective and predictive building maintenance, routine maintenance)

  • Great Knowledge of the IFM Program (Integrated Facilities Management program) to keep and maintain the infrastructure of a company.

  • Category Management: Experience in developing and implementing category strategies.

  • Supplier Management: Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
