Job Summary: The Process Maintenance & Reliability Technician (PMRT) is to ensure plant assets operate in a safe and reliable manner and ensure product safety and quality through effective and efficient corrective and preventive maintenance practices. Additionally, the PMRT will actively support the hiring, training, and development of all skilled/semi-skilled technician roles. Job Duties:
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Work Environment: This position will spend the majority of their time on the manufacturing floor and is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to handle and feel. The team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member may occasionally be required to work in non-permit required confined spaces, unless otherwise trained. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. There is no continual lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision as well as color recognition. Good hand/eye coordination is necessary. The noise level in that environment is usually very loud. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned Personal Protective Equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>90 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
