As a key contributor, you will help shape and execute the flagship Insight Training Program, supporting thousands of sales professionals worldwide, as well as the Win the Core (WTC) and NPI of the Month (NPIoM) global program.

Role Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver Insight - Keysight's premier global sales training event. From initial planning (9 months out) to post-event retrospectives, you will be at the heart of a large-scale, high-visibility initiative that drives business success.

You will manage complex logistics, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of both in-person and virtual training experiences. Your deep understanding of Keysight's products, solutions, and organizational structure will be key to your success.

You will also focus on the Keysight initiatives of WTC and NPIoM programs monthly in conjunction with the Insight Program.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Insight training program timeline, ensuring all contributors stay aligned and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager, internal teams (ISTs, COEs, GSS, GPO), and external vendors to deliver a world-class training experience.
  • Manage logistics for in-person, live remote, on-demand, and hybrid training formats.
  • Oversee attendee registration, course enrollment, and partner fee collection using tools like Cvent and GlobeX.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all organization headcount and all training content creators, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
  • Serve as a key contact for all global program Power Applications including Registration PA, Proposals PA, and Roster (headcount) PA.
  • Provide on-site support during live events, managing last-minute changes and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Contribute to post-event analysis and reporting to inform future improvements.
  • Serve as key point of contact for all WTC and NPIoM program strategies, details and deliverables including but not limited to WTC Roadshow and Activities Log collaboration, KSET Training Impacts details, as well as monthly NPIoM lineup, schedule, implementation, and post metrics.
  • Optionally serve as a Learning Consultant or develop on-demand training content.
  • Support additional Keysight Sales Enablement Team initiatives between Insight events.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Keysight's products, services, and organizational structure.
  • Experience with training logistics, content development, and enablement tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range: MIN $132,330.00, MIDPOINT $176,440.00 MAX $220,550.00

Colorado pay range: MIN $122,530.00 MIDPOINT: $163,370.00 MAX: $204,220.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
