Sr. Sales Account Manager

Purpose:

Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding revenue at existing accounts. Will require a combination of phone, conference calls and face to face meetings to develop incremental revenue and relationships with prospective and existing customers. Provides technical and administrative product information to facilitate customer project proposals and quotes. Responsible for managing complex accounts/customers/clients that are of critical importance to the company in a regional / global area. Ability to lead and grow thier sales team. Identifies and properly handles complex issues requiring a high level of expertise in decision making. May provide technical guidance to other members of the sales organization.

Knowledge/Experience:




  • Minimum of seven to ten years technical sales experience, preferably within the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry


  • College degree in Business, Engineering, or other related science field. Proven successful experience in field will be considered in place of degree.


  • Experience with low volume/high value product and service sales to semiconductor manufacturers (IDM's, foundries) a plus.


  • Broad knowledge of Electronic Industry Supply Chain and Drivers.


  • Cross functional experience in operations and/or technology preferred.



Skills:




  • Demonstrated ability to interact, present and communicate with customers at all levels of organizations up to and including the CEO.


  • Demonstrated ability to construct detailed written commercial proposals & contract drafts.


  • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.


  • Proven ability to identify winning value propositions and key power/influence structures to succeed at target accounts. Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts/agreements.


  • Maintain P&L accountability for accounts, ensuring revenue goals and margin targets are met or exceeded.



Additional Information:



  • This position will be work from home and require travel approximately 25% of time.
