Position Highlights

Arizona Arts Live is accepting applications for their Event Attendant (Customer Service Representative II) position. This position will be in charge of taking event tickets, directing patrons to seating, and selling tickets in the box office. They may also act as an usher and screen for contraband materials brought to the event.

This is an on-call position and may require availability on evenings and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sells tickets, takes payments and provides accurate information to patrons of Centennial Hall.
  • Collects tickets from patrons and ensures tickets are valid.
  • Directs patrons to their seating locations.
  • Provides information to patrons regarding the events and special facilities for the disabled provides directions and/or parking alternatives request for visitors, students, staff and faculty.
  • Supervises student staff intermittently.
  • Helps with set-up and take-down of lobby/patio.
  • Follows all ADA and safety protocols.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently lift/move/transport 20lbs of weight.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
