Responsibilities: * Maintains Human Resource Information System records, compiles reports from database and analyzes data. * Performs benefit administration in HRIS and with vendors. * Processes employee changes and ensures proper approvals. Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. * Assist in HR initiatives and projects company wide. | |
