Regional Development Coach - Washington Township, NJ

Weichert South Jersey is hiring a Regional Development Coach in Washington Township, NJ. The Regional Development Coach is responsible for onboarding, coaching, training, and qualifying New-to-the-Business Sales Associates in the Washington Township sales office. The position develops new Sales Associates, ensuring they receive the necessary orientation and ongoing support in order to be successful. This role also offers training, coaching and qualification support to Non-Productive Sales Associates in the office. The Regional Development Coach is expected to apply their expertise and experience in the field by using, demonstrating and promoting all Weichert Sales Tools, myWeichert, The Weichert Value Proposition and All Under One Roof Customer Experience.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Onboards newly licensed Sales Associates for the region, by leveraging uniform on-boarding tools through Weichert University.
• Trains, coaches, and develops New-to-the-Business and Non-Productive Sales Associates towards becoming qualified and into production.
• Conducts small group sessions to help Sales Associates achieve their productivity goals.
• Delivers focused training on prospecting, listing and sales activities.
• Promotes All Under One Roof. Partners with Mortgage Advisor, Insurance Advisor, and Title Closing Advisor to increase One Company opportunities.
• Demonstrates the use of Weichert sales tools and systems.
• Keeps current with the Weichert University online training and tools, and the Weichert Family of Company products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• State real estate license required
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation required
• Broker's License preferred
• Two (2) or more years of Real Estate Sales experience required
• Successful closing of eight (8) real estate transactions and four (4) listings taken
• Previous sales management/leadership experience in any industry a plus
• Outstanding facilitation, questioning, and feedback/coaching skills
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge of all Weichert tools and systems
• Proficiency using a digital CRM, preferably kvCORE
• Highly skilled in prospecting and multi-channel selling
• Ability to effectively use digital marketing and social media; demonstrates a strong social presence
• Excellent presentation skills; virtual or in person, ability to present to a large and diverse audience, as well as to a small group
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and general public
• Ability to identify, analyze and logically solve problems quickly
• Knowledge of all state and federal rules and guidelines pertaining to real estate transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Proficiency in conducting virtual meetings using various video communication platforms
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
• Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)

The estimated base salary range for this position is from $65,000 to $70,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
