Role Purpose

The Workplace Ambassador lead supports a high-touch workplace experience team providing proactive service to foster staff engagement and improve employee productivity and experience. The Workplace Ambassador Lead is the heart of our Workplace; They are experience curators, creating moments of delight and care through memorable, anticipatory and personalized human interactions. They play a pivotal part in delivering on the promise of twice the experience for staff working under flexi working agreements across several hybrid locations (office, home and near home spaces).

Passionate about customer service and willing to go 'the extra mile' to assist clients, staff and visitors. They are brand ambassadors for JLL and our client; they need to be confident in engaging with new customers and build relationships with existing ones, providing real-time and anecdotal insights and business feedback to improve and make the portfolio more efficient and space more effective. The key focus for this role will be to create a single and visual point of contact for employees and customers and to act as the primary interface between the internal operations and customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

Support daily facilities operations and monitor vendor performance across all service areas.

  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and workplace services to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks including reservations, inventory management, and workflow coordination across departments.

  • Support all aspects of client operations, including reception, janitorial support, food & beverage, and facilities maintenance.

  • Conduct routine premises inspections and raise work orders for maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or system faults

  • Serve as point of contact for client concerns and operational issues, escalating complex matters as needed.

  • Ensure Experience Services are executed in compliance with SLAs, standard processes, professional brand image, and applicable local laws and regulations

  • Assist with reporting and provide operational insights to support client objectives.

  • Support team members in delivering attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient interactions with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

  • Support training initiatives in service standards across front-of-house areas using correct steps of service.

  • Assist the WX Lead with recruiting, hiring, and training activities for guest service positions.

  • Help develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations.

  • Stay current on new technologies, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

  • Participate in weekly meetings with hospitality teams and vendors to address concerns, feedback, and improvements.

  • Foster professional working relationships and maintain open communication with managers, employees, and clients.

  • Collaborate within the account team for integrated delivery of Experience Services across all workstreams.

  • Work with service providers to support service excellence expectations

  • Monitor compliance with service level agreements, policies, regulations, and performance metrics.

  • Support achievement of performance goals, team objectives, and client goals

  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client objectives.

  • Identify potential risks and report appropriately to prevent privacy breaches, security incidents, or operational disruptions.

Qualifications: *Fluent in the English language - written and oral.

*Ability to work staggered shifts as needed to support the business. * You are passionate about people, providing them with great experiences. A natural "people person" with exceptional Customer Service skills and attuned to customer needs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. * Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Access). * Previous Hospitality/ Reception experience is preferred- minimum 3 years.

* High attention to detail. * Flexible and proactive; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with a problem or issue.

Strong team player with a commitment to support their colleagues. * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. * Exceptionally organized and skilled in multi-tasking, with outstanding time management skills. * High level of grooming standards. * Proven track record of achievement.

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,600.00 - 75,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
