Conformal Coating Technician

Staffmark has partnered with a fast-growing leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, and we're looking for a Conformal Coating Technician to join their high-performing production team. $16-$18/hr (Depending on experience.)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prep and apply conformal coatings, including testing, masking, inspection, and touch-up
• Operate and program automated coating systems (Specialty Coating Systems preferred)
• Troubleshoot coating equipment and processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and wiring into metal chassis
• Work closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following company standards

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in conformal coating or a similar production process
• Hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-first attitude and willingness to assist where needed
