Requisition ID# 167642 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Electric Operations Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Dublin Position Summary The Electric Operations Review Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in planning, facilitating, and optimizing operating reviews for Electric Operations. This leader supports system-wide program oversight ensuring the effectiveness of review cycles and continuous improvement of operational processes. Working cross-functionally, the Manager evaluates performance trends, guides agenda development, and ensures timely follow-up on action items. The role also supports regulatory compliance and safety culture while aligning reviews with long-term strategic and financial goals. The Manager continually monitors internal and external factors that affect the planning, forecasting, and successful execution of work and determines, recommends, and implements adjustments as needed. The Manager ensures work is completed and verifies that activities are compliant with applicable regulations, tariffs, standards, and work procedures. The Manager fosters a safe work culture and environment, ensuring employees adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies, practices, and requirements. This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is the Dublin Innovation Center in Dublin, CA. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. Job Responsibilities * Operating Reviews Promote and apply Lean principles to strengthen operational excellence and support a culture of continuous improvement. Facilitate standard work development, visual management practices, and root cause analysis within operating reviews. Encourage problem-solving at the team level and foster accountability across the organization. * Program Oversight Qualifications Minimum: * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
