The Opportunity

We're looking for a Head of B2B Integrated Marketing to lead strategy for our Digital Media B2B businesses. The leader of the integrated marketing function is a strategic role that ensures our B2B marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned to deliver a consistent, on-brand message to audiences across channels. As the Head of B2B Integrated Marketing, it is your responsibility to oversee marketing plans and sales priorities and translate that into marketing strategies that build awareness, create and progress pipeline and drive active use of our products.

What you'll Do
  • Improve marketing efficiency by guiding and aligning channel teams on strategic priorities, shared goals, and target metrics to achieve greater engagement and return on investment.
  • Increase Adobe's visibility and engagement through compelling, persona-based value propositions
  • Unify messaging across channels to reinforce Adobe's value proposition, identity and brand recognition
  • Improve efficiency through coordinated efforts that reduce redundancy and improve use of resources
  • Ongoing campaign performance improvements through reporting and analysis, increasing cross-team performance accountability, and driving optimization and pivots by identifying and communicating what is working/not working and themes resonating with audiences
What is needed to succeed
  • 10+ years in product marketing, enterprise strategy, or related roles, with at least 3+ years in AI product marketing.
  • 3-5+ years managing B2B marketers; this role will manage a team of 5 direct/indirect reports.
  • Demonstrated success in launching net new enterprise offerings, especially AI-related solutions.
  • Deep understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics) and enterprise use cases.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and value-based messaging.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience crafting clear narratives for complex, multi-surface experiences.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams to a path of clarity
  • Strategic and analytical mentality, with the ability to synthesize insights into action.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global reach.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,500 -- $265,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
