Join us as the US Team Lead (Director of Event Operations) at BCD Meetings & Events, where you'll be at the helm of a dynamic team driving high-impact events for a dedicated client account! With a unique blend of in-office and virtual talent, you'll orchestrate everything from elite client gatherings to engaging business-to-business showcases. If you're a master at motivating high performing teams of event planners and fine-tuning processes, this is your chance to shine and lead in a vibrant event landscape!

• Leading and inspiring diverse teams to achieve excellence in event planning.
• Crafting and implementing strategies that focus on service improvement and revenue growth.
• Building a collaborative culture that prioritizes teamwork and communication.
• Navigating complex event logistics with ease and efficiency.
• Using data and AI to enhance the overall event experience and drive positive results.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing a high-stakes event logistics planning team. This is a Director Level people management position.
• Proven leadership experience in cultivating high-performing teams.
• Strong acumen in budget management and financial reporting.
• Expertise in domestic and international event planning and group travel.

• This role is In-office New York City 4-5 days per week.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of US Team Lead (Director of Event Operations) is between $100,000 - $145,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
