As a key partner with Aquent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of creative excellence. **About the Role** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to become the central figure in managing and optimizing digital assets for our creative and production teams. In this dynamic role, you will redefine how creative content flows from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless access and efficient storage for assets across critical design and production phases. You will be at the epicenter of these processes, directly impacting the speed, quality, and accessibility of creative work that reaches a global audience. This position offers a unique chance to implement your vision for scalable asset management solutions, directly contributing to the success of high-profile digital products and empowering creative teams to deliver their best work. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to orchestrate the organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets.
* Define, manage, and track schedules and execution for asset management initiatives.
* Identify, prioritize, and pivot project tasks, gauge risks, and maintain constant awareness of project health.
* Conduct outreach with stakeholders across various teams to understand their workflows and translate their needs into effective capabilities within the asset management platform.
* Develop robust processes for long-term media storage, data consolidation, and ongoing asset management.
* Establish comprehensive file and folder taxonomies for multiple teams, setting up efficient workflows and pipelines within asset management software and systems.
* Assist with data migration planning, execute data migrations, and facilitate team onboarding to new systems.
* Support the development and implementation of User and Group permission models tailored to team structures and workflows.
* Author clear documentation and deliver periodic training sessions to ensure widespread adoption and proficiency.
* Verify user-reported anomalies and escalate issues appropriately to resolution.
* Collaborate with other Project Managers to standardize tracking protocols and best practices.
* Work closely with technical partners to ensure seamless integration and accessibility of data organization with other systems and tools.
* Stay informed of upcoming features in digital asset management systems and communicate relevant updates to team leads. **Must-Have Qualifications** * 3-4 years of experience evaluating and setting up workflows using industry-leading asset management software and systems to meet diverse business needs.
* Proficiency with industry-standard project management methodologies and tools, as well as common productivity suites.
* Technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, understand various project structures, static and video file formats, and accompanying metadata.
* Demonstrated ability to foster a high degree of organization and collaboration across multiple teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a highly collaborative approach.
* Ability to make complex decisions independently and clearly articulate the rationale.
* Exceptional project and task-tracking experience, with a keen eye for detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
* A proven track record of identifying commonalities across diverse business needs to formulate consolidated solutions.
* Comfortable presenting potential workflows and solutions, implementing them upon approval, and creating and disseminating thorough documentation.
* Demonstrated command of visual communication design and typography principles.
* Diligence in establishing and maintaining consistent file-naming structures and file organization.
* Ability to work quickly and adapt to multiple points of feedback and changes in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a time-sensitive production environment.
* Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
* A deep appreciation for high-quality visual aesthetics and user experience principles.
* Experience working in a high-volume production design environment. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Working knowledge of industry-standard creative design and video editing software, as well as presentation tools.
* Proficient with leading operating systems, particularly in creative production environments.
