We're looking for a Sales Contract Coordinator who's detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working closely with others to keep things running smoothly. We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented Sales Contract Coordinator to help support our growing business and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate review of customer agreements (including Purchase Orders), ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations. You'll work closely with our sales team to capture all relevant deal details. Your work will help drive operational excellence and risk mitigation, as you liaise across departments and with external partners to interpret contract terms, explain processes, and uphold compliance standards. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FAR, DFAR, along with practical knowledge of Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Education and Qualifications
This position involves working with technologies and information which are subject to U.S. export control regulations. Under these regulations, Toray Composites must review certain candidate information including citizenship, basis of United States work authorization and country of origin. This information will be used for export control screening purposes only. Position requires the ability to read, write, speak and understand English at a level necessary to successfully perform assigned responsibilities. Position frequently requires the ability to make quick decisions related to sales and contract-related issues. Ability to set priorities. Ability to utilize interpersonal and teamwork skills, perform basic mathematical computations, give complete directions and to understand and apply work specifications in the completion of work tasks. The ability to hear, speak, use hands/fingers and the repetitive motions of hands/wrists are occasional. Ability to occasionally lift 10 pounds. Vision abilities require the adjustment and focus of sight. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation. Working knowledge of accounts receivable preferred (preferred)
