As the Senior Director of Product Strategy and Engineering Solutions, you'll inspire our talented teams while driving innovation and collaboration. With your guidance, we'll elevate our product offerings and navigate the ever-evolving market landscape. Join us to lead the charge in creating impactful solutions that delight our customers! You're Good At: Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and accountability. Crafting and executing strategic product roadmaps that align with market needs and company goals. Making informed build vs. buy vs. partner decisions through in-depth market assessments. Implementing standardized product and engineering processes for seamless development. Introducing alternative technologies like low-code/no-code platforms to drive proof of concept and efficiencies in processes. Establishing standardized processes and KPIs to enhance efficiency and scalability in product and engineering practices. You Might Also Have: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a bonus! Over 15 years of experience in product management and strategy, including a strong background in B2B or B2C industries. 7+ years leading product development and launching innovative solutions successfully. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Director, Product Strategy and Engineering Solutions is between $160,000 - $190,000.
