**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and streamline daily office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining robust records management systems, and performing essential bookkeeping tasks.

* Review, analyze, and process a variety of critical documents, such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Evaluate and approve corporate documents, records, and reports, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

* Analyze incoming communications and reports to assess their significance and strategically plan their distribution to relevant stakeholders.

* Prepare comprehensive agendas and expertly coordinate arrangements for high-level committee, board, and other important meetings.

* Manage complex travel arrangements and meticulously plan and execute various meetings and events.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask effectively.

* Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service and strong interpersonal skills.

* A high degree of independence and a strong ability to effectively manage one's time and priorities.

* Unwavering ability to keep information meticulously organized and strictly confidential.

* Proven expertise in event planning and coordination.

* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of providing constructive support and performance feedback.

* Proficiency with standard office productivity suites and communication tools.

* High school diploma or GED required.

* 8-10 years of professional administrative experience.

* Direct experience supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
