We're looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled HRIS Senior Analyst to elevate the performance, integration, and accuracy of our HR systems. In this pivotal role, you'll manage data flow, develop insightful reports, and strengthen system efficiency across platforms. Your Role: Analyze, Integrate, Optimize
Building accuracy, innovation, and accountability into every HR process.
  • Data & Reporting - Develop, test, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insights across HR, Payroll, and Benefits operations.
  • System Configuration - Evaluate and optimize system rules, data structures, and configurations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and sustainable workflows.
  • Integrations & Data Flow - Coordinate and manage data integrations across HRIS, enterprise, and vendor systems to maintain efficient, accurate, and secure information transfer.
  • Audit & Quality Assurance - Conduct data validation and audits to maintain integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Troubleshooting & Support - Provide advanced system support, resolve technical issues, and guide end-users through effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process optimization, develop user documentation and job aids, and champion improvements that enhance system functionality and user experience.
What You Bring to the Team
A passion for precision, collaboration, and continuous system enhancement.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
  • Experience - 5+ years in an HR systems administrator, technical specialist, or related role. Experience with UKG/UltiPro is strongly preferred; experience with time and attendance systems and HRIS implementation projects is a plus.
  • Skills & Knowledge -
    • Expert-level SQL and relational database knowledge.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate in Power BI, Access, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
    • Deep understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits data and processes.
    • Proven ability to interpret business requirements, policies, and contracts into system configurations.
    • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and levels.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive employee data.
