We're seeking dedicated and reliable Couriers to join our dynamic workforce. As a Pace Courier, you'll be responsible for safely operating a motor vehicle while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Your commitment to top-of-the-line customer service will shine as you interact with our valued clients and represent Pace's dedication to excellence.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

What Does a Pace Courier Do?

  • Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Deliver packages and documents while providing exceptional customer service at every stop.
  • Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs with care and attention to safety protocols.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to group and individual success.
  • Manage and maintain important databases, forms, and documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Apply and communicate Pace's organizational policies and procedures with professionalism and clarity.
  • Exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion within established guidelines, always demonstrating tact and prudence.
  • Deliver effective oral presentations to groups, peers, and internal departments as needed.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and all individuals you encounter on the job.

Working Environment
Work is performed in a lab and office setting. Work is subject to chemicals, fumes, gasses, noxious odors, and related items in a lab setting.
