Bring your passion for wound care and step into a leadership role as the Assistant Nurse Manager at our Twinsburg, Ohio location. Our center treats a wide variety of wounds, including podiatry, vascular, and pressure ulcers, providing comprehensive care to our diverse patient population.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of experienced providers to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and a positive patient experience. You will manage supply ordering, making sure our providers have everything they need to support effective healing.

Additionally, you will take on responsibility for the hyperbaric chambers, gaining hands-on experience and training to operate these specialized treatment devices.

A Brief Overview

To maintain the nursing staff in all areas as well as to deliver safe efficient age specific nursing care to patient/families.

What You Will Do

  • Routinely provide patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintains employee records.
  • Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development.
  • Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education.
  • Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner.
  • Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
  • Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
  • Displays commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.
  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
