Join a global entertainment giant's internal creative agency as an Operations Manager and make a real impact on their projects and initiatives! As a vital member of the project management team, you'll ensure the smooth execution of a diverse range of creative projects. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various teams, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the agency's continued success.

As an Operations Manager, you will be a key player in the daily operations of the creative agency's project management office (PMO). You'll manage incoming project requests, facilitate communication with clients, maintain essential PMO systems, and even take the lead on executing select corporate projects. This is your chance to streamline processes, improve workflows, and directly impact the delivery of high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage the request log, including tracking approvals, assigning projects, and securing leadership sign-off on project scope.
  • Communicate with requesters, answering scope-related questions and providing clear explanations for declined requests.
  • Support the Manager of Production Management in coordinating core processes and documentation for daily operations and quarterly reporting.
  • Manage and distribute leadership briefs and reports using the PMO's project management system.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships and proactively address roadblocks for both clients and internal team members.
  • Lead and/or support corporate projects, contributing to process improvements and tool implementation.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 2-4 years of experience in people management, communications, project management, events, administrative support, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint), Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A genuine passion for the entertainment industry and its rich history.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive and collaborative attitude, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a willingness to ask clarifying questions.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience working in a marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Smartsheet.
