What this position entails The R&D Data Analyst will be a key resource in supporting the new business solutions that are being developed and launched by IntelliScript's Business Development department. You will perform research, analytics, and other technical support for both clients and internal stakeholders. As an R&D Data Analyst, you will balance detail-oriented organizational skills and data analytics acumen to support proof-of-concept studies, early go-lives, and ad-hoc analytics for clients. You will also leverage effective verbal and written communication to share results with internal stakeholders. This includes creating and peer reviewing client deliverables to ensure quality of results, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellence in your work, and providing business intelligence support to BD Sales Consultants and other stakeholders throughout the sales process. You will also work closely with the Product and Engineering functions within the R&D team to support product enhancements and software development for new and existing R&D solutions. You will conduct research to support new product features, as well as help document user stories and assist with user acceptance testing to validate new functionalities. Location The expected application deadline for this job is December 31, 2025. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events (up to 5%).
