The Opportunity: The HSEQ Operations Regional Manager is responsible for the overall management and implementation of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) programs across the assigned region for Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, and Demand Response operations. This position provides consultative support to senior executives, O&M Regional Managers and O&M Field Support teams with the goal of promoting a culture rooted in safety, environmental responsibility, quality excellence, and compliance. The role ensures alignment with company values, regulatory obligations, and international standards including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001. This position manages a team of HSEQ professionals and partners closely with O&M leadership to drive continuous improvement, support incident prevention, and ensure consistent application of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
