The Merchandising & Marketing Associate is an entry-level role that supports the execution of merchandising strategies and marketing initiatives across our e-commerce rewards platform. This role focuses on the details that bring campaigns, product assortments, and promotions to life, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. The associate works closely with merchandising, marketing, and site operations teams to maintain a best-in-class participant experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Merchandising Support35%

The associate plays a critical role in ensuring that products are presented accurately and attractively across our ecommerce sites. This includes updating product information, curating assortments, and monitoring item displays so participants always experience a polished and engaging catalog.

  • Assist with setting up product assortments, curating special collections and merchandising our online specialty shops

  • Update product information, images and display content to ensure accuracy and appeal

  • Monitor site and search performance to ensure alignment with client standards and business goals

  • Coordinate and help to execute site optimization efforts such as personalization, a/b testing, accessibility and client customizations

Digital Marketing Execution35%

Working closely with the marketing and merchandising teammates, the associate helps execute annual, seasonal and client specific rewards marketing campaigns. From preparing assets to supporting email and onsite launches, this area focuses on bringing marketing strategies to life in a timely, coordinated way.

  • Support the execution efforts related to digital marketing campaigns, promotions and internal client events

  • Help prepare and organize marketing assets for internal and external use

  • Track campaign deliverables and deadlines, ensuring on-time execution

Coordination and Communication30%

The associate provides essential organizational support to keep merchandising and marketing efforts running smoothly. Responsibilities include maintaining asset libraries, assisting with campaign reporting, and supporting budgeting and internal communication.

  • Maintain asset libraries, content calendars and team documentation

  • Support campaign reporting and performance tracking

  • Provide general organizational support, including internal communication, budgeting documentation and task tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1 or more years of professional or internship experience in digital marketing, merchandising or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of marketing technology and project management tools such as Trello, a plus.
