Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000
The Enterprise Operational Analyst will play a key role in driving the business process optimizations and automation initiatives across the enterprise. Under
the leadership of the Deputy Director of Enterprise Business Solution Architect, this position focuses on analyzing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and gaps, and recommending automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. The Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by delivering actionable insights, supporting solution design efforts, and producing high-quality documentation to implement process improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business units and product owners to evaluate and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Assess complex business processes by conducting gap analysis and recommend improvements aligned with strategic goals.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
- Create a future state solution design document for process optimization including exception processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business processes enhancements recommendations
- Support the design and implementation of automation solutions in partnership with technical teams.
- Document workflows, requirements, and solution designs with clarity and precision.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Create and maintain user stories, solution requirement documents, and workflow diagrams to support solution design and development.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Legal teams as needed.
- Participate in vendor demos and/or vendor meetings related to automation opportunities provided by third party partners and document the business requirements required to leverage federated solutions (i.e. work with Contact Center or OLB vendors related to bots or AI features).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field required.
- 6 + years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or systems analysis.
- Business Analyst Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or RPA tools like UiPath Academy) are a plus.
- Strong foundational knowledge in business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
- Experience documenting user stories and solution requirements in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Experience or knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Microsoft CoPilot, Agentic AI, or other AI experience a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
