Title: SR Data Services Development Support (KEY) Clearance: Active TS with SCI Eligibility Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable analytic field Experience: At least five (5) years of government Information Management and/or equivalent experience Location: Remote Requirements
Description Ability to define and drive development teams in an agile environment to tie data services implementation to EIDS program direction Ability to understand technical implementation details to integrate software development with Intelligence CDO strategic objectives Ability to communicate data concepts with stakeholders to define Intelligence Data Domain Data Management Support To support Coast Intelligence as referenced in Task 2.0 of this PWS. In addition, personnel requirements and support includes: Ability to define and support the implementation of data governance activities including definition of Intelligence Data Domain roles and datasets Ability to scope and gather metadata to define datasets and assign roles and responsibilities Personnel requirements and support include: Ability to work with development teams to define metadata associated with existing dataset to populate governance tools Ability to understand and integrate policy requirements to manage datasets such as quality, internal use, and sharing Data Services Engineering Personnel requirements and support include: Ability to understand the implementation of security requirements in a data environment Evaluate the application of security and policy requirements in the data services environment and integration with IC partners to receive and share data Ability to understand the data services environment and provide recommendations to drive the implementation of the capability in the cloud to achieve data operational and sharing objectives Change Management Support Personnel requirements and support include: Ability to plan change management to transition the intelligence workforce to a data centric operating model. Ability to engage stakeholders and gain buy in to achieve Intelligence CDO objectives. |
