We are looking for a Professional Surveyor (PLS) to join our growing team in Charleston, West Virginia. Your license reflects years of technical judgment, field knowledge, and professional accountability. At Mead & Hunt, that experience will be valued across the full life of a project, from research and planning through field strategy, QA/QC, client collaboration, and final certification. This role offers the opportunity to remain technically engaged while expanding your influence. You will help lead survey projects supporting transportation, bridge, power, commercial, and other infrastructure work throughout West Virginia and nearby states. It is well suited for a licensed surveyor who wants meaningful responsibility, variety, and a voice in how the team and its practices continue to grow. In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications
OR Associate degree in surveying, civil engineering, or related field plus twelve years of relevant experience.

Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 (annual) - actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
