AI/ML ARCHITECT

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect with an active Secret-level Security Clearance to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of secure environments, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation in mission-critical applications.

As with any position, additional expectations exist. Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement AI/ML solutions tailored for secure, mission-driven environments
• Lead end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevSecOps teams to integrate ML models into production systems
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical standards related to AI/ML in federal environments
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in constrained environments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI/ML practitioners
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks in the AI/ML space

Basic Qualifications:

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (must be current and verifiable)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development and data science roles, with at least 3 years in an AI/ML architect or leadership role
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience designing AI/ML architectures in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or on-premise secure networks
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps practices
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, NLP, computer vision, or time-series data
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
