Content Producer This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, California.
Summary We are seeking a Content Producer to manage end-to-end content production and localization projects within a creative studio environment. This role is critical in driving efficient workflows, ensuring high-quality asset delivery, and supporting the ongoing development of media product initiatives.

3-5 years of experience in project management, content production, or localization
Passion for content design and production with a strong foundation in workflow management and creative operations
Proficient in tools such as Wrike, Quip, Conductor, and Box, with strong project management and organizational skills
Familiar with creative production processes, campaign workflows, and localization methodologies
Skilled in collaborating with marketing, product, design, and external agency partners
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and last-minute requests
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Resourceful, creative, and results-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused outlook
Job Description In this role, you will oversee the production and localization of content assets from kickoff through delivery. You'll partner with cross-functional teams-including marketing, product, design, and agency partners-to ensure projects run smoothly and deliverables meet organizational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing timelines, resourcing needs, and deliverables for multiple concurrent campaigns
Driving communication and workflow improvements across internal and external partners
Tracking projects and deliverables in Wrike, Quip, Conductor, and Box
Running day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting production challenges
Overseeing budget management and agency relationships
Reviewing and QC'ing delivered files to ensure compliance with brand and organizational requirements
Coordinating with designers for edits, uploads, and last-minute requests
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, design, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
Background in content production, project management, localization, or creative operations
Experience with campaign workflows and production tools preferred

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA, and requires hybrid on-site work
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $63.43 per hour
