The Director, Patient Assistance and Access Solutions leads a team that is responsible for developing industry-leading patient assistance programs for GSK's Specialty and Oncology portfolios. The role reports to the Senior Director, Patient Access Programs Foundation. The leader in this role develops strategies in support of the GSK Patient Access Programs Foundation (PAP) Foundation programs associated with the Specialty and Oncology Business Unites and oversees operations these Patient Assistance Programs. The Director, Patient Assistance Programs is responsible for leading ongoing external benchmarking and landscape analysis to ensure GSK offers to meet the needs of patients within associated disease states. The leader in this role also must scope, design, and build programs that ensure patient access to GSK's pipeline assets associated with Specialty and Oncology products. The role oversees critical third-party vendor relationships required to deliver the assigned programs. Key Responsibilities
