The Deferred Maintenance & Repair (DMR) Engineer provides full-time engineering support for federal planning, design, and execution of deferred maintenance and recapitalization projects. Typical projects range from $100K to $5M and involve a wide variety of building systems, including roofing, mechanical, electrical, and site work. The DMR Engineer is responsible for analyzing BUILDER SMS data, validating project needs with facility staff, and developing scopes of work, estimates, and schedules for execution. This role also supports the overall management of federal DMR programs, including policy updates, budget submissions, and facility condition assessments. Required Experience & Skills
